Hello Camp Rise Family!

The following forms are for campers who have received *confirmation of enrollment* for Camp Rise 2019

These additional, required forms must be completed and returned via email or text by July 6th!

Instructions for filling out these forms is included in the Camper Info email you received.

Dropoff & Pickup Information

Camper Dates: Sunday July 14th - Wednesday July 17th


Drop Off Sunday July 14th 8:00am

Bus Drop Off: KIPP Endeavor Academy

Busses will begin to load at 8:00am on Sunday July 14th in the parking lot of Kipp Endeavor Academy (east side by the playground). You or another guardian will need to sign your campers in at the check in table.

Busses will leave KIPP no later than 8:30am. If your camper misses the bus, you will need to bring them out to Rotary Youth Camp.

There will NOT be access to a restroom until we arrive at camp (30 minute drive), please have your campers use the restroom before you drop them off.

Camp Site Drop Off: Rotary Youth Camp

If you would like to drop campers off at camp yourself, please do so between 8:30am - 9:00am on Sunday, July 14th at the Rotary Youth Camp. You or another guardian will need to sign your campers in at the check in circle. All individuals who are non-staff/non-campers must leave the camp site by 9:15 am.

Pick Up Wednesday, July 17th 6:00pm

Bus Pick Up at KIPP Endeavor Academy

Busses will bring campers back to KIPP by 6:00pm on Wednesday, July 17th. Campers must be checked out by a parent or guardian at the check out table before they can get off the bus. The bus and camp staff will leave KIPP no later than 6:30pm.

*For the safety of our campers, it is our obligation to call Emergency Contacts or CPS in the event that they are not picked up by this time*

Pick Up From Camp at Rotary Youth Camp

If you would like to pick your campers directly from camp, please do so between 5:00 & 5:30 on Wednesday July 17th. All campers will need to be checked out by a parent or guardian at the check-out table before leaving the site. You must notify the Camp Director, Katie, by text or email, if you are picking your camper up at camp* otherwise they will get on the bus to KIPP.

*For the safety of our campers, it is our obligation to call Emergency Contacts or CPS in the event that they are not picked up by 5:30pm*

Gear Information:

Camp Rise provides the following items for each camper:

New Backpack, Camp Rise T-Shirt, Bedding (twin sheet set, pillow, blanket), Towels (pool towel & shower towel), Toiletries (shower bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, scrubbie, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and menstrual hygiene products), Sunscreen, Bugspray, Flip Flops, Flash Light and Water Bottle.


Packing Information:

Please send your camper(s) with an overnight bag for 4 days and 3 nights, containing their clothes, sleepwear, underwear, swimsuit, socks, close-toed/outdoor-appropriate shoes and their prescription medications if they need them (to be checked in to the nurse). If you have more than one camper coming, please pack them in separate bags as they are not guaranteed to be in the same cabin. We suggest that you label your campers clothing or other belongings so items can be returned if washed or lost. We ask that you send campers with comfortable, protective hair styles. Campers will wear helmets during the tree-climbing activity and they will be swimming multiple times a day


*If your camper needs: swimsuit, swimtrunks, waterproof swim cap, outdoor shoes, underwear, socks, shirts or shorts - Please fill out the Gear Request Form before July 1st* We will do our best to provide requested items
