Hello Camp Rise Family!

The following forms are REQUIRED for your CIT to attend Camp Rise:

Forms must be completed and returned via email or text by July 6th!

Instructions for filling out these forms is included in the Camper Info email you received.

C.I.T. Dropoff & Pickup Information

CIT Dates: Saturday July 13th - Wednesday July 17th


Drop Off: Saturday July 13th 4:00pm

Camp Site Drop Off: Rotary Youth Camp

Parents: Please drop your CIT off at Rotary Youth Camp on Saturday July 13th between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. You or another guardian will need to sign your CIT in at the check in circle. Only CITs can be dropped off at this time. (Campers cannot be on site until their arrival time Sunday morning.)

CITs: Your training begins no later than 4:30pm on Saturday July 13th. Please come ready to participate and help the staff prepare for camp! We will have training, dinner, swimming and you will stay out at camp this night. Sunday morning you will have breakfast with the staff before Campers arrive on the bus. (If you miss training, you will attend Camp as a Camper and will have to arrive on Sunday morning.)

Pick Up: Wednesday, July 17th 6:00pm

Pick up from KIPP Endeavor Academy

CITs can ride the bus back to KIPP with the campers. Busses will arrive at KIPP by 6:00pm on Wednesday, July 17th. CITs must be checked out by a parent or guardian at the check out table before they can get off the bus. The bus and camp staff will leave KIPP no later than 6:30pm.

*For the safety of our campers and CITs, it is our obligation to call Emergency Contacts or CPS in the event that they are not picked up by this time*

Pick Up From Camp at Rotary Youth Camp

You can also pick your CIT up directly from camp. Pick up is between 5:00 & 5:30 on Wednesday July 17th. All CITs will need to be checked out by a parent or guardian at the check-out table before leaving the site. You must notify the Camp Director, Katie, by text or email, if you are picking your CIT up from camp* otherwise they will get on the bus to KIPP.

Gear Information:

Camp Rise provides the following items for each CIT:

New Backpack, Camp Rise T-Shirt, Bedding (twin sheet set, pillow, blanket), Towels (pool towel & shower towel), Toiletries (shower bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, scrubbie, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and menstrual hygiene products), Sunscreen, Bugspray, Flip Flops, Flash Light and Water Bottle.


Packing Information:

Please pack an overnight bag for 4 days and 3 nights, containing your clothes, sleepwear, underwear, swimsuit, socks, close-toed/outdoor-appropriate shoes and prescription medications if you need them (to be checked in to the nurse). We suggest that you label your clothing or other belongings so items can be returned if washed or lost. We ask that you send come with comfortable, protective hair styles. You will wear helmets during the tree-climbing activity and you will be swimming a lot.

If you need: swimsuit, swimtrunks, waterproof swim cap, outdoor shoes, underwear, socks, shirts or shorts - Please fill out the Gear Request Form before July 1st. We will do our best to provide requested items
